If you have an unplanned pregnancy and would like to speak with a doctor about your options, please contact us. Our physicians can complete an evaluation of you and your pregnancy, which may include an in person visit, ultrasound, and/or telemedicine visit. We offer in-person visits on O’ahu and telemedicine services throughout Hawai’i and Guam. We provide the full-range of pregnancy options, including prenatal care, abortion, and assistance with finding adoption resources. Your visit will include a discussion of these options and a chance for you to ask questions. We support you fully and are proud to provide care for whatever choice you make.

Our physicians are faculty at the John A Burns School of Medicine who have special expertise in family planning (contraception and abortion care) and are also experienced in caring for young people and people with complex medical conditions. The Options Center also offers the full-range of contraceptive (birth control) options. We see patients with most types of insurance and have office hours Monday-Thursday, with abortion services offered several times throughout the week.
